Breath, Body and Mind

For the last five weeks, we have been participating in a mindfulness course every Tuesday. Mary Gillick, from the Barnardos Finglas West FRC, has shown us various techniques and activities to help us with our emotions. We have practiced breathing exercises, musical exercises with Boomwhackers, mindful eating and other helpful mindful exercises. The boys have really enjoyed this course and we look forward to incorporating some of the exercises into our day throughout the year. Thank you Mary!
